Williams F1 fined for failing to return tires throughout Hungarian GP qualifying


Williams has been fined €1,000 after utilizing a set of tires returned by Alex Albon in Hungary. The British group put in a set of tires on Albon’s automobile throughout Q1, which had already been registered as returned to tire producer Pirelli.

For this error, the stewards imposed a nice of 1 thousand euros on the British group. Regardless of the nice, the penalty may have no impact on Albon’s grid place in Hungary.
